OlliOlli World will be skating its way this month to your favorite platforms. OlliOlli World is the third game in the OlliOlli series, following up on the modest success of 2014’s OlliOlli 2. This time, we’re getting a much bigger game coming out of Roll7. Here is when the OlliOlli World Release Date is going to be.

OlliOlli World is coming out on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, and PC on February 8, 2022. The game is a huge step-up for the series, as it improves upon every aspect that made the previous games good. As a 2D-skateboard platforming game, there’s only so much you can do to improve the gaming experience, but developers Roll7 still managed to do it.
OlliOlli World improved its visuals a lot. The game has markedly improved its art style, moving away from the pixel-art graphics it’s been known for. However, it never divorced from its art direction, and fans of the game won’t feel lost in the explosive and creative environment that the game’s graphics team has put together. The game is very vibrant, making each level feel so full of life and energy. While the story isn’t anything to write home about, it doesn’t take away the great experience you’ll be having skateboarding through the game’s branching levels. Grind and perform tricks your way to the high score, all the while completing different side quests for the denizens of Radlandia. OlliOlli World is the best 2D skateboarding game out there right now.
Looking ahead to the game’s future, there are two expansions planned for the game. This is a first for the series, as the previous games were mostly a contained experience. The first OlliOlli World Expansion, Void Riders, will come out later this Summer, adding new levels, characters, customization options, and a “new biome” that adds new gameplay features. The other, unnamed, expansion is coming out in Fall.
