The NFL Pro Bowl Skills Showdown is set for its fifth airing on Thursday with some of the biggest stars in the game set to show off their passing accuracy, speed, catching ability and dodgeball skills.
This showdown will give NFL fans the chance to watch Tyreek Hill race in a 40-yard sprint, see quarterbacks like Russell Wilson and Mac Jones try to fit in accurate passes and see several Pro Bowl NFL players take on one another in a game of dodgeball.

What time is the NFL Pro Bowl Skills Showdown?
Date: Thursday, Feb. 3
Time: 7 p.m. ET | 4 p.m. PT
The Pro Bowl Skills Showdown will start up Thursday at 7 p.m. ET at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada.
What channel is the NFL Pro Bowl Skills Showdown?
Fans will get to watch their favorite Pro Bowlers compete in the skills showdown on ESPN. They will be able to stream the competition through ESPN+ or on fuboTV, which offers a free trial.

Where is the NFL Pro Bowl Skills Showdown?
Like the Pro Bowl, the skills showdown will take place at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada. The home of the Raiders has been open since 2020, when the team moved from Oakland to Las Vegas.
Allegiant Stadium will also be the home of Super Bowl 58 in 2024 as the domed stadium will be the home of the final stage of the NFL season.

There will be five different competitions at the skills showdown.

Epic Pro Bowl dodgeball
Precision passing will see the AFC’s and NFC’s two quarterbacks and one non-quarterback try to throw the ball to hit moving targets. When the round ends, they’ll each have a single long throw.
The next event is similar, but adds in the challenge of having it be a full minute of pinning the offense against the defense, with defensive backs attempting to limit the success of the opposing quarterback.
The wide receivers will also have a turn to show off. They can use props and guests to try and put together the most creative catches, which will be scored on by a panel of judges.
The fastest man is simply a pair of skill position players racing in a 40-yard sprint. This will feature wide receivers, running backs and defensive backs.
The showdown will end with a classic game of dodgeball. The full teams will be participating in a best-of-three competition with the team still having team set to be declared the winner.
