Ingredients required- 1 tbsp bajra flour, ½ tbsp wheat flour, ¼ tsp dry ginger powder, ¼ tsp carom seeds, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp ghee, 1 tbsp jaggery powder and 1¼ cups of water.
Step 1- Heat ghee in a pan.
Step 2- Add bajra and wheat flour. Quickly whisk it to combine with the ghee and prevent lumps.
Step 3- Roast on low-medium flame until the colour changes to light-brown.
Step 4- Now add 1¼ cups of water along with jaggery powder, ginger powder, carom seeds, black pepper powder and whisk well.
Step 5- Cook on medium-high heat by whisking continuously until the mixture reduces to one cup. This will take about 4-5 minutes.
Step 6- Pour into a mug and drink while hot.
