Here are the top five stories in Canton-Sixes today:
- Weather permitting, two roads along Highway 20 will be closed this weekend while crews work to shift traffic to the new lanes as part of the Highway 20 widening project. Scott Road will be closed near Highway 20 from Friday, Aug. 5 at 9:00 pm until 5:00 am on Monday, Aug. 8. Northside Cherokee Boulevard will also be closed at its intersection with Highway 20 beginning Friday, Aug. 5 at 9:00 pm, and will remain closed up to 30 days. (Facebook)
