Mercedes “MJ” Javid is warming up this winter with her bright new haircut. The Shahs of Sunset cast member recently debuted a fresh cut, color, style, and set of extensions — and as usual, she’s looking fabulous. 

In a January 11 Instagram, MJ shared a peek at her stunning new look. Her icy blonde strands were cut into soft, face-framing layers and styled into a voluminous blowout with loose curls and flipped ends. The Shahs mom was radiant as she smiled for the camera in a bubblegum-pink crop top and matching sweatpants. MJ flaunted bold lashes, and, as always, her brows were on point. 

“HAIRS CUT & QT but on borrowed time with these bizzy babes,” she captioned her post. MJ tagged hairstylist Brandon Liberati, hair extension expert Vicki Casciola, and the extension brand Hairtalk.

In the second slide of the gallery, MJ noticed she resembled a fellow Bravoleb. “Oh, I look like Lisa Hochstein,” she said referring to The Real Housewives of Miami castmate. 

Back in April, MJ revealed her secrets for staying on top of her beauty A-game during quarantine. She dished her simple hair and skincare routine and shared what she called, “the top, most important things that elevate [her] spirit.”

The mama explained her simple process, starting with how she styles her tape-in Hairtalk extensions. She begins by spritzing her hair with a water bottle and brushing the strands out. Then, she uses a Drybar detangler to add a dash of UV protection and biotin. “When I walk my dogs and my babies and myself, my hair is protected,” she said. “And as you can see, it’s shinier, and it really, really keeps my hair together.”
