This is an exciting opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast growing start-up while immersing itself in technology, music and live events. Content is one of the key functions at Tixel, and we are looking for a creative, results-oriented and enthusiastic Content Manager to develop and execute our content strategy as we disrupt a larger market for the better.
What would you do?
You will be the master of our tone and grow further in keeping with our core business values and our fan base
Own and develop content strategy ideation, planning and production capable of driving acquisition, engagement and retention
Create world-class and memorable content for various marketing channels including SEO, email and paid marketing
Monitor content marketing performance and receive actionable insights to consistently drive greater value
Proactively identify content themes that can differentiate our platform, empower our customers and build our brand
Collaborate with team members to ensure we follow content marketing due diligence procedures and best practices
Skills & Experience:
You have over 3 years of proven experience in successfully managing and implementing content strategies for fast-paced companies
You have exceptional written and oral communication and an eye for detail
You are proficient in SEO, writing content for emails and ads
You understand the importance of brand voice and know how to develop it
you are data driven
you have a creative mindset
You are biased towards action and getting the job done
You can work independently and take full ownership of your projects
You are highly organized and great at time management
You are an expert in content marketing strategies and tactics, from SEO to email marketing and demand generation
You are comfortable taking tests, tracking results and adjusting your approach accordingly
It is good to pass;
Video and audio content editing experience
Previous experience working in the live cultural events industry
You will have previously published writing or content that we can view, whether it is on your blog or social channels
