Dota 2 Supporter’s Club is a big part of Valve’s MOBA esports scene, and fans can now support their favorite teams in-game for the Spring tour.
Dota 2 is all about in-game expression, and Supporter’s Club lets players display their favorite pro players and teams in-game. The program allows players to purchase packs including voice lines, sprays, emoticons, loading screens, and more from their favorite teams. 50% of the money spent goes directly to the players, which can make a huge difference on their bottom line. Here’s all the details on the newest Spring batch of Dota 2 Supporter’s Club packs.
Each team’s collection consists of three tiers. Bronze tier supporters get a special badge next to their chat name and profile. Silver fans get access to custom loading screens and sprays. Gold-tier superfans get to enjoy their team’s logo next to their in-game health bar as well as animated chat emotes and in-game voice lines. All content in Dota 2 Supporter’s Club packs comes directly from the teams themselves with minimal oversight from Valve.

Bronze packs cost $1.99, silver asks for $9.98, and gold Supporter’s Club packs are priced at $19.97. Each tier also comes with a bunch of Basic and Team Packs for in-game fantasy. The gold pack includes a total of 14 basic packs and six specialized team packs. These packs are the most direct way for Dota 2 fans to support their favorite competitive teams. The rewards last for the entirety of the Spring Dota Pro Circuit season.
TSM catches flak for boring Dota 2 Supporter’s Pack
The silver-tier sprays, for example, are literally just the TSM FTX logo in three different colorways. This is true for the loading screens as well, which are the logo in plain black and white. The chat wheel lines include a remixed version of the popular “I’m so strong guys, I’m so strong” line, so some player personality still shines through.
TSM FTX’s plain quality could be due to the organization’s absolutely massive sponsorship deal with cryptocurrency platform FTX. The deal was valued at roughly $210 million, so it makes sense that FTX wants its name front-and-center in all marketing materials. It could also be related to TSM’s original basis in League of Legends. Riot Games is much more strict when it comes to player professionalism. The obscure memes and taunts included in most Dota 2 Supporter’s Club packs might not fly in the rival MOBA, though this shouldn’t necessarily impact the team’s Dota 2 presence.
